For more than twenty years, Joaquín has helped his clients, companies and individuals, in successfully resolving disputes in which they are immersed, focusing mainly on the area of insurance law as well as civil and criminal disputes in matters of professional liability in construction, industry and employer liability insurance.
He has also successfully litigated a wide range of matters of business, contract and corporate law, of industrial property and unfair competition, some of which of particular relevance.
He is experienced in handling real estate matters, both in and out of court, including land tenure and horizontal property issues, and advising various real estate administration agencies.
Joaquín provides services to foreign and domestic companies in different sectors such as: insurance, construction and real estate, multinational tourism, food, distribution, transportation, new technologies and non-profit organizations.
